P90X: Second Day

Plyo X was a definitely a hard pill to swallow. Now I know why Tony refers to it as the “Mother of all Xtreme”. Here a quick recap of what I did today:

Diet:

B: 2 Eggs with bacon and 1 piece of toast.
S: 1 banana
L: 2 slices of whole-wheat bread with 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of pepperoni with veges.
S: 1 small yogurt
D: 2 slices of whole-wheat bread with 2 pieces of curry chicken and sauteed veges
S: 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds and 1 prune

Workout:

Started at 7:30 p.m. I was doing fine in the warmup stage, but was feeling it at the lunges.
Plyometrics X – After the warmups, I had a very hard time to do any squats. Actually, my legs already started trembling when I started the “jump squats”. But I was unable to complete any squats afterwards. Also, I had a very hard time doing the “hot foot” with my left foot (mainly because I’m right footed). I did the modified version of most workouts. In addition, I was able to complete the bonus round. I was really excited about that.

Needs Improvement:

I want to try to match up to Dominic. He’s a leap frog but that’s my goal to match upto him.
